Understanding the problems

Due to the lack of a custom platform to handle documents and the increasing number of company customers, it was hard for Arista to manage documents on Google Drive and control links and information.

They request a customized platform to manage customers' documents and access them quickly and securely.

The main problems listed:

• Arista Team was finding it hard to search business documents on Google Drive.
• The team felt insecure sharing private document links.
• Customers didn't have a place to see their current financial section.
• Arista Team found it hard to manage clients' documents.
• They found it difficult to control access to files or know what person in the organization has that access.
• Clients find it hard to manage their links.
• Clients couldn't check for the latest activity of its documents.
